Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact customer support with your order number.

2. Ship item back via courier at your expense.

3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for approved returns.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exceptions

• Customized and intimate products may not be refundable.
